Thinking about joining a fitness class but feeling unsure if you’re "fit enough"? You’re not alone! A lot of new members wonder the same thing—and we’re here to clear up any doubts. You don’t need to be in shape to start. Our coaching program is designed to meet you where you are, no matter your fitness level or experience.
Here are some of the most common questions we hear from new members:
1. Do I Need to Be Fit Already?
Absolutely not! Our classes are built for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting or have been working out for years, our coaches will offer modifications and progressions to match your abilities. You’ll get the personal attention you need, without feeling left behind.
2. What If I Don’t Know How to Do the Exercises?
That’s what we’re here for! Our coaches guide you through every movement and provide step-by-step instructions. We’ll also offer corrections and alternatives as needed to make sure you feel comfortable and confident in class.
3. Will the Workouts Be Too Hard?
We design every session to be challenging, but doable. You control the intensity—whether that’s starting with lighter weights or pacing yourself during cardio. As you progress, we’ll help you push beyond your limits safely and confidently.
4. What If I Have an Injury or Limited Mobility?
No problem! Your safety comes first. Our coaches will work with you to modify movements so you can train safely without aggravating any injuries or limitations. Every new client goes through a workout assessment, so if it's not the right fit we'll let you know.
5. Will I Feel Out of Place?
Not at all! Our small group setting is supportive and encouraging. You’ll be surrounded by like-minded people who are all working toward their own fitness goals—whether they’re just starting out or have been training for years. We’ve built a community where everyone belongs.
