Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you may be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more – but rest assured, each day will be a different workout. You’ll get plenty of one-on-one attention similar to personal training, but with the group benefits of accountability and motivation. Each and every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level and ability, so you get the maximum workout every time.



The Foundations program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In these 3 sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, to get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to properly assess the beginning of your journey. The Foundations course consists of 3 one-on-one sessions + Full Body Assessment + Free Nutrition Consult with our on-staff Registered Dietician.



Our 5-9-year-old CrossFit Kid’s Class is a 45-minute class that helps children gain strength, stamina, mobility, coordination and create a broad athletic foundation. Our goal is to couple fitness and fun, thus creating and establishing a lifelong love of health and fitness. Every class is tailored to each child’s current fitness level and needs. The CrossFit Kids class meets three times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 4:30pm.



Our Youth Fitness program is for youth ages 10-14 years old. Youth who are ages 16 and older can participate in our adult program. Youth Fitness is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for teenagers and helps them develop a lifelong love of health and fitness. In a group setting, children and teens participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
Youth Fitness workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scalable for any participant at any level. Our workouts will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.



Move is a 45 minute Fun, Friendly, high-intensity cardio class. We use bikes, rowers, kettlebells, dumbbells and simple gymnastics movements to deliver a sweaty, full-body workout that helps burn fat, tone muscle and strengthen your core. Move45 is for everyone. Short, sweet and super sweaty. No CrossFit experience needed.



This program is designed specifically to help athletes looking to improve their lifts in the clean and the snatch.  Whether you are new to Olympic Lifting or a seasoned lifter preparing for their next meet.  We offer 4-week, 6-week  and 8-week program cycles, 3x 75 minute sessions, for athletes to take with them and use in addition with there training.



We know group training is effective, fun, and motivating, but we also understand that the individual athlete may have specific goals that require specific workout protocols. We are excited to introduce Iron Forged Athletics Individualized Training Program! Whether you’re seeking one-on-one personal training or an individualized program that you can take anywhere, Iron Forged has qualified individuals that have varying degree of knowledge of general fitness, exercise prescription and instruction. They guide & motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to their clients. Qualified personal trainers recognize their own areas of expertise.
