Our classes are designed to move, develop and inspire others to live a happy, healthy and fit lifestyle.  So no matter which course you choose, we'll meet your where your fitness level is.   

  • CrossFit Classes

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. You’ll get plenty of one-on-one attention like in personal training, but with the group benefits of accountability and motivation. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • On-Ramp

    Our On-Ramp program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In our On-Ramp sessions, we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. On-Ramp is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey.

    This is a 5 class course consisting of 4 one-on-one sessions with the 5th being a chaperoned group class.

  • Pre-Tots Fitness

    Our 3-5-year-old Pre-Tots Fitness class is a 30-minute class that teaches the principles of mechanics, consistency, and benefits in working out. Establishing good movements and fitness through childhood and adolescence is our goal. Each class consists of a trainer-led warm up, skill training, workout and cool-down game. Pre-Tots Fitness meets twice a week on Wednesday and Friday.

    Pricing:

    • $40/month
    • $25 per additional child- parent must have an active membership at Iron Forged Athletics.
  • CrossFit Kids

    Our 6-12-year-old CrossFit Kid’s Class is a 45-minute class that helps children gain strength, stamina, mobility, coordination and create a broad athletic foundation. Our goal is to couple fitness and fun, thus creating a lifelong love of health and fitness. Every class is tailored to each child’s current fitness level and needs. CrossFit Kids meets three times per week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

    Pricing:

    • $60/month
    • $25 per additional child - parent must have an active membership at Iron Forged Athletics.
  • Open Gym

    Open Gym is for experienced CrossFitters who want some extra time to work on specific areas of their fitness. In Open Gym, you have to freedom to use our gym any way you want. Make up a missed class, work on “homework” from your coach, practice skills you’re still mastering … the options are limitless.

    • $10 drop in price for non IFA members
  • Forged FIT

    Our Forged FIT is a group centered, community driven, HIGH Energized, Coach-led class that utilizes Functional Body Movements and light to moderate loads. This class will help you burn fate, tone muscle and increase your overall strength. Designed to bridge the gap between CrossFit and traditional training, we provide a fun, clean and friendly atmosphere for a total body workout.

    We understand trying something new can be unnerving and intimidating so wether you are looking to get back into a routine after several months off or looking to get started without breaking the bank, we encourage you to try out a class!

  • Iron Club

    Iron Club is a detail-oriented, no-nonsense, progress-driven, strength & performance program. It builds a foundation for individuals who want a safe, progressive, all-around strength & conditioning program rooted in the knowledge of the what, why, and how each movement is performed. Iron Club emphasizes basic weightlifting principles with progressive heavy lifts like squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans and snatches. Our coaches know that more is not always better, which is why our program is built to make people stronger, powerful and feel empowered regardless of their fitness level.

    • $99 per month
    • $120 per cycle
  • Personal Training

    We know group training is effective, fun, and motivating, but we also understand that the individual athlete may have specific goals that require specific workout protocols. We are excited to introduce Iron Forged Athletic’s Personal Training Program! A personal trainer is a certified individual that has a varying degree of knowledge of general fitness, exercise prescription and instruction. They guide & motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to their clients. Qualified personal trainers recognize their own areas of expertise.     • ONE HOUR PT: $70

    • LEVEL 2 TRAINER (2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE AND OVER 1,200 HOURS OF PT):
